Joshua joined the Dance Etc family in 2017, bringing a new style of hip hop to the studio. He combines elements of hip hop, contemporary, lyrical and jazz along with isolations to create new movement that challenges and excites the dancers. He began his dance career in 2009 and three years later found himself in Los Angeles with around 150 participants in IPOP, a worldwide arts competition. He won first place and holds the title for 2012’s best overall dancer in the IPOP organization. Joshua currently works as a satellite teacher for studios in California, providing choreography via videos. In his free time, he loves to write music and poetry. Working on his craft is a passion, whether it is making music or choreographing to music, he wants to be the very best he can possibly be. At Dance Etc. he hopes to inspire his students to find their passion in the art of dance.
